Affordable Eyeone Display Colour Kit Released

Chaudigital has today launched the affordable Eyeone Display Colour Kit for users who wish to achieve accurate colour output.

Based upon GretagMacbeth's Eyeone Display USB monitor calibrator, the kit enables artists, photographers and anyone else working with digital images to get accurate colour on all their prints or images such as with an inkjet printer. It also enables them to work to the internationally recognised ICC colour standard, ensuring colour consistency should they wish to share digital images with others for output. e.g. lithographic printers, digital minilabs.

The Colour Kit comes with a GretagMacbeth Eyeone Display with USB cable and calibration software, a colour matching lamp, 1 x ICC test chart for printer profile, 1 x custom RGB ICC printer profile, and works with any Mac or PC Windows system.

What is Colour Management?

Colour Management is the science of colour matching, managing image colour workflow and its associated parts. It is an important process to implement for users who deal and work with, digital images on a daily basis.
Colour Management usually consists of both a hardware and software solution for an existing computer system (ie.
