
A: You need to first check your connections. If you have another computer, connect the EyeOne to that and see if it works. If it does it means either you are missing the Macintosh CarbonLib 1.6 update (EyeOne Display only works after CarbonLib) 1.4. or you have a faulty USB connector.
To check which version of CarbonLib you are using, go to Apple, Control Panel, Extensions Manager and find CarbonLib. It will say which version it is on the right.
If it is v1.4 or less, update it via the CarbonLib update on the EyeOne CD. Remember when this program is run, it only decompresses the file from the CD it creates a file on the Desktop. You must double click on the decompressed CarbonLib Installer on the Apple Desktop to install the actual driver itself and restart for the EyeOne to work.
