Due to the levels of technical queries we receive, if you have a copy of our Colour Management PDF* please read it before calling us for colour management matters, as in many cases the problems can be resolved by the PDF document.

If it is a hardware issue and the product in question is under a year old and therefore still covered by a warranty, this also entitles you to the manufacturers support facilities. In the case of Epson products they can provide support on all models including the 2100.
